What to do when a user experiences an expired certificate issue on NetExtender?

Instructions

 

  1. Establish a remote connection to the user's machine.

  2. Check the prompt for certificate installation.

  3. Click Install Certificate and follow the instructions.

  4. Respond to the browser prompt for authentication.

    1. Click Advanced then click Proceed on the website. 

  5. Allow the application to relaunch.

  6. Confirm the prompt has disappeared.

  7. Verify that the issue has been resolved.
