Problem

This article provides information on how to resolve Outlook flag issue.

Solution

  1. In Outlook, navigate to the Ribbon.

  2. Create a new Quick Step:

    1. Click on Create New in the Quick Steps section.

    2. Name the Quick Step (such as Flag and Move).

    3. Select Flag Message from the available actions.

    4. Choose the option to Move to Folder.

    5. Select the desired folder for the flagged emails.

  3. Save the Quick Step.

  4. Use the Quick Step to flag messages and move them to the specified folder.
