Outlook - Remove Additional Languages

This guide explains how to remove additional autocorrect languages in Microsoft Outlook, keeping only English. This helps maintain accurate spelling and grammar checks when composing emails.

Instructions

 

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Click File > Options.

  3. Go to the Language section.

  4. Under Office authoring languages and proofing, remove all languages except English.

  5. Set English as the default if it's not already.
