Outlook - Shared Mails Not Syncing
Problem
This document provides guidance on troubleshooting when a user's shared mailboxes in Outlook are not syncing properly.
Solution
Make sure Outlook is fully updated.
Check that the shared mailbox appears in Outlook and that you can open it.
If messages or folders are not updating correctly, try turning off Download shared folders for the shared mailbox.
If the shared mailbox is still not updating automatically, close and reopen Outlook.
If the issue continues, try creating a new Outlook profile.
Keep in mind that the first sync may take some time depending on mailbox size and network speed.
Use Outlook on the web as a temporary workaround until the Outlook desktop app finishes syncing.
