Outlook - Error (mailbox temporarily moved)

Problem

An error message that says Your mailbox has been temporarily moved on Microsoft Exchange Server appears. This indicates that Outlook is having trouble syncing with the mailbox on the server. This often leads to performance issues such as slow response times and buffering. The core issue typically involves problems with the Outlook profile, server connection, or cached data.

Solution

  1. Close Outlook.

  2. Open Control Panel > Search for Mail > Mail (Microsoft Outlook) > Show Profiles.

  3. Try removing all Outlook profiles except the primary one, then reopen Outlook.
