    3. Tap Done (iOS) or Tick (Android) to send.

  5. Managing Recurring Meetings

    • To change recurrence: open the meeting invite (Outlook or Teams), click Edit, adjust Recurrence pattern, then Save.

    • If you need to cancel a single occurrence, open that date’s invite, click Cancel, and choose Just this one.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If New Teams Meeting button is missing in Outlook, ensure the Teams Meeting Add-in is enabled:

    1. In Outlook, go to File → Options → Add-ins.

    2. At the bottom, select COM Add-ins → Go…, check Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office, click OK.

  • If attendees say they didn’t receive the invite, verify you used their correct email, and have them check Junk/Clutter folders.

  • If you can’t pick a Channel in Teams, confirm you have the correct permissions or that you’re a member of that Team.
