Outlook - Request to add Salesforce from Add-ins

This article provides information on adding Salesforce to Outlook add-ins.

Instructions

 

  1. Open Outlook app (new version).

  2. Click More Apps (waffle/app launcher) icon on the toolbar, then select Add apps.

  3. Search for Salesforce, then choose Add/Open.

  4. Restart the Outlook app.

  5. Go to Inbox.

  6. Select the email to sync with Salesforce.

  7. Click More Apps and click Salesforce.

  8. Log in using your Salesforce credentials
