Outlook - Voicemail Going Straight To Junk Folder
Problem
User's voicemails are being delivered directly to the Outlook Junk folder instead of the Inbox.
Solution
Open Outlook and navigate to the Junk Email folder.
Locate an email from the voicemail sender
Right-click the email and select Mark as Not Junk or Not Spam to move it to the Inbox and train Outlook’s filter.
Add the voicemail sender to the Safe Senders list in Outlook:
Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, add the voicemail email address or domain.
Verify that there are no Inbox or Junk folder rules moving or deleting these messages.
Send a test voicemail to confirm it arrives in the Inbox.
If issues persist, review any connected spam filtering services or email security gateways that might be moving these messages to junk before reaching Outlook. Adjust those filters accordingly.
