Outlook - Legitimate emails marked as spam
This article explains how to stop Outlook from marking legitimate emails as spam. It includes steps to review and adjust junk email settings, and how to add trusted senders to the Safe Senders list.
Instructions
Open Outlook on the web and go to the Junk Email folder.
Look for any legitimate emails that were incorrectly marked as junk.
Right-click the email and select Not Junk.
This will move the email to your Inbox and automatically add the sender to your Safe Senders list.
