Outlook - How to manage your safe senders list manually

This article provides information how to manage your safe senders list manually.

Instructions

 

  1. Go to the Home tab.

  2. Select the Junk dropdown, then click Junk Email Options.

  3. In the Junk Email Options window, go to the Safe Senders tab.

  4. Click Add and type the email address or domain you want to trust.

  5. You can enter multiple addresses or domains separated by semicolons.

  6. Click OK to save your changes.

  7. If you are using Outlook on the web:

    1. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email.

    2. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter the trusted address or domain.

    3. Click Save when done.

Always verify the sender before adding them to your Safe Senders list. Adding unknown or suspicious addresses may increase the risk of phishing or unwanted messages.
