Computer - Wi-Fi Not showing
Problem
Users may experience the absence of the Wi-Fi option on their workstation. This article can help the user resolve this issue.
Solution
Confirm the user has an Ethernet cable.
Instruct the user to connect the PC to the internet using the Ethernet cable.
Install the Wi-Fi driver from Intel’s website.
Restart the PC.
Check for any pending updates and allow the PC to install them.
After the PC restarts, navigate to Network Settings.
Verify that the Wi-Fi option appears.
Connect the PC to Wi-Fi.
Disconnect the Ethernet cable.
Confirm the user is successfully connected to the Wi-Fi connection.
