Computer - Missing Mouse Cursor

Problem

This article provides steps to follow when the device’s mouse cursor is missing.

Solution

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Hardware settings.

2. Click Human Interface > Mouse and Pointers.

   1. Note: If device is working properly, continue to next step.

3. Run the command:

   msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

4. Allow Windows to identify and fix any problems.

5. Follow the prompt to restart the computer
