Allworx - Voicemail Shortcuts
This article outlines the available voicemail message playback shortcuts for users of Allworx phones. These shortcuts allow for efficient message management directly from the handset.

Shortcuts
*1 – Reply to the message (only available for internal messages).
*2 – Forward the message to another Allworx user.
*3 – Delete the current message.
*4 – Replay the current message from the beginning.
*5 – Play the previous message.
*6 – Play the next message.
*7 – Rewind the message by 10 seconds.
*8 – Fast forward the message by 10 seconds.
*9 – Call back the sender (only available if caller ID is present and internal).
*# – Skip to the end of the message.
These shortcuts apply during voicemail message playback only.
Availability of some functions (like reply and callback) may vary based on system configuration and whether the message is internal or external.
Allworx System Software must be version 8.4 or later for full support of these shortcut features.
