Allworx - Check Voicemail Messages

This article provides step-by-step instructions for checking voicemail messages using your Allworx office phone or by accessing voicemail through the company Auto Attendant system.

Instructions

From Your Allworx Phone:

• Press the Messages button on your phone.

• Follow the voice prompts to listen to new or saved voicemail messages.

From Another Office Phone or the Auto Attendant:

• Dial 6 followed by your extension number (e.g., 6101 if your extension is 101).

• When prompted, enter your voicemail password (PIN).

• Follow the voice prompts to access your voicemail.
