Allworx - Change Message Center Settings

This guide explains how to modify various settings in the Allworx Message Center, including presence status, name recording, presence greetings, password, and maximum message recording time.

Instructions

1. Log in to the Allworx Message Center by dialing your voicemail access number and entering your credentials.

2. From the main menu, press 4 to access the system settings.

3. Within the system settings menu, you can modify the following options:

   • Presence Setting: Adjust your availability status.

   • Name Recording: Record or update your name greeting.

   • Presence Greetings: Customize greetings based on your presence status.

   • Password: Change your voicemail password for security.

   • Maximum Recording Time: Set the maximum length allowed for message recordings.
