Allworx - Activate Do No Disturb

This guide explains how to activate and deactivate Do Not Disturb (DND) mode on your Allworx phone.

Instructions

 

When Do Not Disturb mode is enabled, your phone will not ring, and all incoming calls will be sent directly to voicemail.

  1. Locate the Mute/DND button on your Allworx phone.

  2. Press the Mute/DND button once. The button will illuminate amber, indicating that Do Not Disturb mode is now active.

  3. To deactivate Do Not Disturb mode, press the Mute/DND button again. The amber light will turn off, indicating the phone has returned to normal ringing mode.
