Allworx - Access Company Directory
This article explains how to access and navigate the company directory using your Allworx phone.
Instructions
Press the Up or Down Arrow buttons on your Allworx phone to open the company directory.
To find a contact, you can either:
Use the keypad to spell the person’s last name. The directory will automatically filter the names as you type.
Scroll through the directory entries using the Up/Down Arrows.
When you locate the desired contact, press the Select button to view the details or place a call.
The directory is usually synchronized with the company’s centralized contact list, so it’s always up to date.
If you have trouble finding a contact, try typing the first few letters of their last name slowly to ensure accurate filtering.
Some Allworx phone models may have a dedicated “Directory” button; if so, pressing this will directly open the company directory.
