Allworx - Change Presence Setting

This guide explains how to change the presence setting on your Allworx phone, which controls how your availability is displayed to others (available, in a meeting, away, at lunch).

Instructions

 

  1. Locate the Presence Button:

    • Find the button labeled Presence on your Allworx phone. If your phone does not have a dedicated Presence button, you can use the Mute/DND button as an alternative.

  2. Access Presence Options:

    • Press the Presence button, or press and hold the Mute/DND button until a list of presence options appears on the screen.

  3. Navigate the Menu:

    • Use the Up and Down Arrow keys to scroll through the available presence settings.

  4. Select a Setting:

    • Once you’ve highlighted your preferred presence status, press the Select or OK button to confirm and apply the setting.

Common Presence Options May Include:

  • In Office

  • At a Meeting

  • On Vacation

  • At Lunch

  • Working Remotely

  • Away

The available presence options may vary depending on your Allworx system configuration. Contact your administrator if you're unsure which setting to use.
