Allworx - Logging in/out of a Queue
This article provides instructions for logging in and out of a call queue using your Allworx phone system.

Procedure
To log in or log out of a queue on your Allworx phone:
Press and hold the Queue button on your phone until the status indicator changes.
On most Allworx models, this button is labeled or associated with a line or function key configured for queue status.
Observe the color and flashing pattern of the Queue button to determine your current status:
Solid Red: You are logged out, and there are no callers in the queue.
Flashing Red: You are logged out, and there is at least one caller waiting in the queue.
Off: You are logged in, and there are no callers in the queue.
Flashing Green: You are logged in, and there is at least one caller waiting in the queue.
Logging in and out affects whether calls from that queue are routed to your phone.
You must be assigned to the queue in the Allworx Admin portal to use this feature.
Queue behavior and visual indicators may vary slightly depending on your phone model (Verge 9304, 9312, 9318) and system firmware version.
If your queue button is not functioning as described, contact your administrator to ensure your phone has the correct queue configuration.
