AMS - DocuSign Icon Missing in eForms
Problem
This article describes an issue where the Docusign (send to eSignature) button is missing in AMS360 eForms Manager.
Solution
Confirm that eSignature is set up for the user in the Vertafore Single Sign-On Console.
If the user is not set up and configured for eSignature the button will not display
This setting must be checked by an admin user
Confirm the workstation with the issue is using the appropriate AMS Client.
If not, in AMS navigate to Administration > Utilities > AMS360 Downloads
Manually clear the AMS cache.
If the above did not work you will need to call Vertafore Support.
