AMS - Unable to log in

Problem

This article provides step-by-step instructions to resolve log in issues on AMS.

Solution

  1. Verify installation by navigating to Control Panel > Programs and confirming AMS is installed.

  2. If login failure is due to a forgotten password, reset the password.

  3. Test other browsers to determine if the issue persist.

  4. Make sure that browser's version is up to date.

  5. Relaunch browser.

  6. Follow AMS Team’s advice:

    1. Within the Google Chrome browser, click the three dots in the top right corner.

    2. Select Settings at the bottom of the drop-down list.

    3. Select Privacy and security on the left of the settings panel.

    4. Site settings at the bottom, middle of the page.

    5. Under the Recent activity section, click on www.ams360.com.

    6. Click Delete Data as well as Reset permissions.

    7. Close all Google Chrome browser windows.

    8. Re-open Google Chrome and test logging into AMS.

    9. You will see the following popup when navigating to the site. Please click Allow.

  7. Attempt to log into AMS again.

  8. Confirm successful log in.
