AMS - Login Issue Following Chrome Update

Problem

After updating Google Chrome, users may receive a prompt asking whether to Block or Allow AMS. If Block is selected or the prompt is dismissed, the AMS configuration page will display, and login attempts will not succeed.

Solution

  1. Open Google Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner. Scroll down and select Settings.

  2. In the left-hand panel, choose Privacy and security, then scroll down and click Site settings.

  3. Under Recent activity, select www.ams360.com.

  4. Click both Delete data and Reset permissions.

  5. Close all Chrome windows. Reopen Chrome and navigate to AMS. When prompted, click Allow.
