AMS - Clear Cached Folders & Files

This shows how to clear AMS cached files and folders.

Instructions

 

  1. Log out of AMS.

  2. Close all web browsers, Microsoft Office applications, and any PDF readers that are currently open.

  3. Open Task Manager

    1. Go to Details tab

    2. Search for WorkstationCoordinator.exe. If it’s active right click it and select End process.

    3. Close Task Manager

  4. Open Run (Windows + R)

  5. Type %localappdata% and click Ok.

  6. In Local folder, delete the AMS Services folder.

  7. Double click on Temp folder then delete the AMS folder

  8. Log back into AMS and allow it to regenerate before clicking and navigating. This can take about 5 minutes.

You can also use the Dx360 AMS360 Diagnostic Utility to clear the cache.
