Microsoft Teams - How to view chat conversations
This article provides information on how to assist users to view chat conversation on teams.
Instructions
Open Microsoft Teams. If already opened, restart the application.
Navigate to the left sidebar.
Click on the Chat icon.
Uncheck the unread messages filter.
View the list of recent chats.
Select a chat to open the conversation.
Users can also search for specific chats using the search bar at the top of the Teams window.
