Microsoft Edge - Clear Browser Cache

If a website is not working correctly, clearing the browser cache can often resolve the issue. Cached data may interfere with the loading of updated content.

Instructions

 

  1. Click on the 3 Dots on the top right then click on Settings.

  2. Select Privacy, search and services in the left column

    1. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to go directly to this window.

  3. Click on Clear browsing data then click on Choose what to clear

  4. In the window that opens, make sure the following are checked:

    1. Cookies and other site data

    2. Cached images and files

  5. In the Time range dropdown menu select All time.

  6. Click the Clear now button.
