Google Chrome - Favorites are not appearing

Problem

Users may experience an issue where Google Chrome opens directly to the MyTrucordia Home Page instead of displaying favorites. This article provides steps to locate favorites.

Solution

  1. Chrome is managed by Trucordia. It is configured to open MyTrucordia on startup by default and cannot be changed.

  2. To view favorites, click on the new tab button and the favorites will be displayed.
