Google Chrome - Clear browser cache

Clearing the browser cache can often resolve many issues. Cached data may interfere with the loading of updated content.

Instructions

1. Click the menu icon in the upper-right corner of Chrome (three dots).

2. Click on Delete browsing data.

   Open

   

   1. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to go directly to this window.

3. In the window that opens, make sure the following are checked:

   • Browsing history

   • Cookies and other site data

   • Cached images and files

4. Select All time at the top

5. Click the Delete from this device button.
