How to add SCIM provisioned groups

If additional groups are created and assigned to the apps in Entra, the groups will need to be added to the SCIM settings in Verkada. Follow steps below.

1. Create and assign groups to both Entra Verkada apps.

2. From the Verkada SCIM Provisioning app, manually sync provisioning or allow the sync to occur on its own. Do not move on to next step until this happens.

3. Login to Verkada admin portal.

4. Go to All Products > Admin > Login & Access > User Provisioning > SCIM.

5. Choose SCIM provisioning of Command users and select the new provisioning groups.

How to assign Access Control to SCIM provisioned groups

1. Go to All Products > Access

2. Click Access Users and Groups

3. Click Groups > Create SCIM Group

4. Select your SCIM group to automatically create an access group

5. Click Done
