Prerequisites
Before installing Right Networks, ensure the following:
The user has an active Right Networks account.
The user has a QuickBooks license assigned within Right Networks.
The Right Networks Admin Portal credentials can be found in IT Glue:

Resolution
1. Sign in to Right Networks
On the computer where Right Networks needs to be installed:
Go to:
https://accounts.rightworks.com/login/#/?redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Fapps.rightworks.com%2F%23%2FHave the user sign in with their Right Networks credentials.
In the top-left corner, look for either Install Wizard or Install App.
2. If the Install Wizard Is Not Visible
If you do not see the install option, download the installer directly:

Select Just set up your computer when prompted.
3. Run the Installer
Sign in when prompted using the user’s Right Networks credentials.
Keep all default options selected.
Complete the installation.
When the installation finishes, a new Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) shortcut for Right Networks should appear on the desktop.
4. Verify Remote Computer Address
Before connecting, double-click the RDP shortcut and confirm the Remote Computer value:
It must be:
aspw1.rightnetworks.com
If it is already correct → click Connect and sign in with the user’s Right Networks credentials.
5. If the Remote Computer Address Is Incorrect
You will need to manually create a correct RDP connection:
Open the Start Menu and search for Remote Desktop Connection.
In the Computer field, enter:
aspw1.rightnetworks.comClick Show Options.
Click Save As and save the RDP file to the Desktop.
Name it: Right Networks
Double-click the new shortcut to connect.
Important: Signing In
If Windows tries to authenticate with the user’s local Windows profile:
Select More choices
Choose Use a different account
Enter the Right Networks username and password
