Prerequisites

Before installing Right Networks, ensure the following:


Resolution

1. Sign in to Right Networks

On the computer where Right Networks needs to be installed:

  1. Go to:
    https://accounts.rightworks.com/login/#/?redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Fapps.rightworks.com%2F%23%2F

  2. Have the user sign in with their Right Networks credentials.

  3. In the top-left corner, look for either Install Wizard or Install App.


2. If the Install Wizard Is Not Visible

If you do not see the install option, download the installer directly:


3. Run the Installer

  1. Sign in when prompted using the user’s Right Networks credentials.

  2. Keep all default options selected.

  3. Complete the installation.

When the installation finishes, a new Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) shortcut for Right Networks should appear on the desktop.


4. Verify Remote Computer Address

Before connecting, double-click the RDP shortcut and confirm the Remote Computer value:

If it is already correct → click Connect and sign in with the user’s Right Networks credentials.


5. If the Remote Computer Address Is Incorrect

You will need to manually create a correct RDP connection:

  1. Open the Start Menu and search for Remote Desktop Connection.

  2. In the Computer field, enter:
    aspw1.rightnetworks.com

  3. Click Show Options.

  4. Click Save As and save the RDP file to the Desktop.

    • Name it: Right Networks

  5. Double-click the new shortcut to connect.

Important: Signing In

  • If Windows tries to authenticate with the user’s local Windows profile:

    • Select More choices

    • Choose Use a different account

    • Enter the Right Networks username and password
