How to Access TAM Virtual Desktop

Overview:
The TAM application has moved to a cloud-based virtual desktop. This article guides you through installing the Windows app to access the TAM virtual desktop.

Steps:

  1. Installing the Windows App

    Option 1

    On your computer, open Company Portal, go to apps, and install the Windows App. If you don't see it or the installation fails, close Company Portal and proceed to Option 2.

    Option 2

    Open the Microsoft Store app, search for Windows App, and install it.

  1. Access the TAM Virtual Desktop

Run the app once it has been installed and sign in with your Trucordia account. After authentication, you will see a desktop named TAM Desktop, click the desktop name to start a session.

  1. Once logged in to the desktop, run the Applied TAM 2022 shortcut and enter your credentials.

Sign out of virtual desktop

  1. Click the start button, select your username, and choose Sign out:

IMPORTANT:

The virtual environment can support a maximum of eight active sessions at a time. Please be sure to sign out of the virtual desktop when you finish your work so other users can access the system.
