How to Reset Your Adobe Password

If an employee forgets their Adobe ID password, they can reset it online.

 Instructions

1. Prerequisites

   • Access to the email address associated with the Adobe ID.

2. Go to Adobe Account Login Page

   • Visit https://account.adobe.com/

3. Click “Forgot password?”

   • You’ll be prompted to enter your Adobe ID (usually your email).

4. Enter Adobe ID & CAPTCHA

   • Type your email, enter the CAPTCHA characters, then click Continue.

5. Check Your Email

   • Adobe sends a “Password reset request” email.

   • If you don’t see it, check Spam/Junk or wait 10 minutes, then resend.

6. Click the Reset Link

   • In the email, click Reset your password.

   • You will be taken to a secure Adobe page.

7. Create New Password

   • Minimum 8 characters, include uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol.

   • Reenter to confirm, click Reset Password.
