Zultys - Input and output sounds not working

Problem

You are having issues with sound in Zultys, such as not being able to hear the other person or the other person not being able to hear you.

Solution

  1. Make sure your headset is properly connected to your computer.

  2. Unplug the headset, then plug it back in.

  3. Open Zultys.

  4. Try making a call.

  5. If the call does not go through and you see the message “You must bind to device before initiating call operation,” click the Bind to link at the bottom of the Zultys window.

  6. Select the Soft Phone option.

  7. Test the audio by making or receiving a call in Zultys. Confirm that both people can hear each other clearly.
