Monitor - Displaying different resolutions
Problem
The user experiences pixilation and blurriness on their monitor, despite adjusting the display settings.
Solution
Open the Display settings.
Check the current display resolution and ensure it is set to the recommended (native) resolution for the monitor.
Confirm the display settings already look correct.
If not, try adjusting both the resolution and scaling options. Increase or decrease the scaling to improve readability without distorting the display.
If the issue persists, test the display with another monitor to rule out hardware problems. Additionally, swap the video cable to ensure it is not causing the issue.
If using a software application for display management (like NVIDIA Control Panel, AMD Radeon Settings, or Intel Graphics Command Center), verify that the display settings in these applications are correctly configured to match the monitor's capabilities.
Display Drivers: Ensure that the latest display drivers are installed. Both Windows Update and the device’s specific graphics software can help keep drivers current.
High-Refresh Rate Monitors: If using a high-refresh-rate monitor (120Hz, 144Hz, or higher), ensure the system supports this rate and is configured to handle it correctly.
