RingCentral - Mobile Notification Settings
This guide explains how to adjust message notification settings in the RingCentral mobile app.
Instructions
In the bottom menu bar, tap Messages.
Android users: Long press on a conversation, then select Mute conversation.
iOS users: Swipe left on a conversation, tap More, then select Mute conversation.
Tap the user or team name at the top of the screen.
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to adjust your message preferences.
Favorites: Move the conversation to the Favorites tab.
Mute conversation: Toggle to mute or unmute both mobile and email notifications for the conversation.
Mobile notifications: When Mute conversation is off, choose to receive mobile notifications for every message or to turn off mobile notifications.
Email notifications: When Mute conversation is off, select the frequency for email notifications. Every 15 minutes, every hour, or turn off email notifications altogether.
