CA Fair Plan - Unable to access link

There is an issue when trying to access the CA Fair Plan link
Solution
Contact CA Fair's IT as the issue is not with Trucordia.
If you are getting the error message, “Selected user account does not exist in tenant", this means that you don't have a guest account assigned from CA Fair Plan. Basically their IT would need to create guest accounts for you, and you would then need to accept the invitation to access.
