Dial Pad - Not opening
Problem
The Dialpad application fails to open or launch on the user’s device.
Solution
Verify System Requirements and Environment
Confirm the operating system version is supported by the current Dialpad client.
Ensure the device meets minimum hardware requirements.
Check for any system updates or pending restarts that might affect app performance.
Close Conflicting Applications
Ensure no other softphone or VoIP apps are running that may conflict with Dialpad.
