OneDrive - Storage full

Problem

This article outlines actions to take when OneDrive storage reaches full capacity.

Solution

1. Check your OneDrive storage status.

2. Clear files from your OneDrive Recycle Bin.

3. Delete some files OneDrive.

   1. Old zipped files

   2. Video recordings

   3. PST/OST Outlook mail archives

4. Disable backup for some folders

   1. OneDrive cloud icon > Gear icon > Settings

   2. Sync and backup > Manage backup

   3. Turn off backup for folders you don’t want in OneDrive (often Desktop is the big one)
