Microsoft 365 - Update Applications

Users need to update their Office applications regularly to ensure they have the latest features, bug fixes, and security updates.

Instructions

 

  1. Open any Office application, such as Word, and create a new document.

  2. Navigate to File > Account (or Office Account if using Outlook).

  3. Under Product Information, click Update Options > Update Now.

You can also use the Update Options menu to disable automatic updates or view previously installed updates.
