CashPro Deposit Scanner - Installation
This document provides step-by-step instructions for installing a deposit scanner for remote deposit using the CashPro platform.
Instructions
Log in to CashPro and navigate to the Remote Deposit section from the main menu.
Select User Resources within the Remote Deposit menu.
Click Scanner Driver Download Page from the User Resources list.
Choose Digital Check Scanner or the specific scanner model supported by your bank.
Follow the on-screen instructions to begin the driver installation.
Do not connect the scanner to your computer until the installation software prompts you to do so. This ensures the drivers are properly installed before hardware connection.
Follow any additional prompts to complete the installation.
If you encounter any issues during installation:
Collect relevant information such as your operating system version, scanner model, error messages, and the exact step where the issue occurred.
Use this information to open a support ticket.
